Refund Policy

At Les Énigmes de Giverny, we understand that unexpected events can happen. Here are our refund conditions applicable to your booking:

Cancellation by us:
In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather conditions (orange alert or higher, thunderstorms or storms) or a force majeure event, you may choose between:

Rescheduling your session for a later date, or
Receiving a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation by you:

More than 48 hours before the date of the service: a full refund of the amount paid.
Less than 48 hours before the date of the service: no refund will be issued.

⚠️ Important Note:
Les Énigmes de Giverny takes place primarily outdoors and is not canceled in case of rain. Please make sure to bring clothing suitable for the weather conditions.
